3pe防腐螺旋钢管打造国际在我国实现能源节约型社会以来，我厂一直致力于节能能源的输送研发工作，3pe防腐钢管的诞生无疑是天然气输送的绝世佳品。可是多年来国内的管道无缝走出国i门的局面一直是国人的心结。特此我们工程师参加国际国内的展会、研讨会，学习西方的理论和实践经验。同时我们每个季度都会邀请国际防腐来厂指导工作、进行员工的培训！ 气炉加热、中频加热等。内涂技术的主要有喷涂法和真空吸涂法两种。内喷涂操作十分简略，此处不在胪陈。真空吸涂通常使用在曲折管道的内壁涂装，当粉末与空气通过混合后进入管道的管壁事前进过了契合环氧粉末技术的加热，当粉末与管壁接触后，会致使粉末熔化然后黏在管壁上，然后使用抽吸的方式下降管内温度来削减粉粘在管壁的粉末数量。与涂层厚度密切相关的要素是给粉的时刻，时刻越长，涂层越厚，所以在详细施工时，必定要根据管径、批量、发生节奏来随时调整有关的技术参数。重防腐环氧粉末涂料是目前中国大型管道工程的涂层，自从使用以来，重防腐环氧粉末涂料是中国国内用户反映的所用过重防腐环氧粉末中好的覆盖层，只是造价相对要高一些。从持久的视点看，优良的性价比十分明显。

The key element closely related to the coating thickness is the moment of powder feeding. the longer the time, the thicker the coating. therefore, during detailed construction, the relevant technical parameters must be adjusted at any time according to the pipe diameter, batch size and rhythm. Heavy-duty anti-corrosive epoxy powder coating is the coating of large-scale pipeline projects in China at present. since its use, heavy-duty anti-corrosive epoxy powder coating is a good coating of used heavy-duty anti-corrosive epoxy powder reflected by domestic users, but its cost is relatively higher. From a lasting point of view, excellent performance-price ratio is very obvious.
